REIGN Jewellery is a registered Brand Name and Business Name of REIGN Jewellery and if otherwise stated the term REIGN Jewellery includes REIGN Jewellery and its affiliates. Usage of this Site implies consent to the terms below. REIGN Jewellery maintains the right to modify the Site and these Terms of Use at any time. Notifications for all changes will be updated here. This website, its content, and merchandise are for personal and non-commercial use. Users may download or copy Site content for personal non-commercial use only. Please note that no right, title, or interest is transferred to a user by downloading or copying contents of the site.

Product Terms and Conditions

Availability

REIGN Jewellery strives to offer high-quality products to its customers. Seeing an item on www.reignjewellery.co.za doesn't mean it's in ready stock or will be when you return to the site.

Some listed goods can be customized by stone size, grade and metal. Each personalized Jewellery piece is handmade to order. If you have questions about our products kindly contact customer care at business@reignjewellery.co.za or reach out to us via our WhatsApp line.

Merchandise available on site is not for resale.

Information Accuracy and Pricing

REIGN Jewellery makes an honest attempt to present accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, there may occasionally be inadvertent typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions that pertain to product descriptions, prices, availability, or other issues. REIGN Jewellery does not guarantee that the information is accurate and maintains the right to update the information on the Site and to fix any inaccuracies at any time (including after you have submitted your order). We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may have caused. Diamond total carat weights on Jewellery may vary up to 0.07 carats per industry norms. Prices displayed on the Site are in SA Rand. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Certification 

All lab grown diamond jewellery products purchased on our website, come with a Third Party diamond grading or jewellery certificate to ensure their quality and authenticity. 

If the product has a 1.00 carat or larger lab grown diamond solitaire, each individual diamond of this size is certified and you will receive a certificate(s)  for every such diamond in the piece.

If the product contains lab-grown diamonds that are smaller than 1.00 carat, the entire piece of jewellery is certified as a whole- individual diamond certificates are not provided.

Title Of Ownership

Once the product is delivered to the buyer's assigned recipient, REIGN Jewellery hands over ownership of the goods to the assigned recipient.

Warranty 

We promise a free lifetime manufacturing warranty regardless of price or type of item. Our non-transferrable warranty comes into effect from the date of purchase and is valid for all products purchased on www.reignjewellery.co.za  

We, at REIGN Jewellery strive to ensure that: 

Our products will be of high quality using high quality materials and manufacturing practices.  

Our products will not have any manufacturing defects and that each item has passed our strict quality assurance process individually at our factory and distribution facility. 

The brilliance of our lab grown diamonds will not fade over time, from regular use.  

While we make sure our products are made with utmost care, a few defects are excluded from our warranty due to general wear and tear from prolonged use, loss of center stones, product loss, theft, improper cleaning and storage, trauma and scratching or the loss of a stone due to trauma or damage, metal fading or discolouration due to inadequate care (caused by chemicals, make-up, pools, hot tubs, bathing etc). Over time, prongs can wear down, bend or loosen due to normal everyday wear and tear, allowing the stone to fall out. 

If any third-party vendor repairs or services your jewellery other than REIGN Jewellery, (including ring sizing) this warranty will not be valid. 

If you think there is a manufacturing defect with your product, kindly email us on business@reignjewellery.co.za or reach out to us on our WhatsApp line. We will inspect the product once we receive it and determine whether it is covered by our lifetime manufacturing warranty. If it is covered, we will repair or replace the item and ship it back to you - free of cost. If it is not covered, we will send you a quote for the repair and shipping, collect the payment, and ship it back to you once completed.

User Terms and Conditions

Termination

REIGN Jewellery maintains the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to cancel your permission to use this site and to ban or prevent future access and use.

Repeat Offender

REIGN Jewellery has the exclusive option to terminate and prohibit website users or Site account holders who are proven to be repeat offenders, in alignment with the applicable laws. REIGN Jewellery retains the right to limit website access and/or terminate the accounts of any users it accuses of infringing intellectual property rights, whether or not there is repeat offense.

Customer Account and Orders

You're responsible for all account and password activity on the site. When you use the site or your individual account on the site, you are solely responsible for protecting your account and computer. REIGN Jewellery has the right to reject service, cancel orders, delete or modify material, and more.

User Generated Content

Without prior permission,  we will not use any user's personal information in connection with the User Comments. Sharing information with REIGN Jewellery implies the user guarantees that he/she is not in violation of any third party copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or property rights. It further implies that none of the User comments will be inaccurate, illegal, abusive, or obscene. Please note that users are completely responsible for their comments shared on the site.

By submitting User Comments, you grant REIGN Jewellery unrestricted, perpetual license to use, reproduce, broadcast, post, adapt,  transmit, display, and distribute your User Comments for any purpose.

Comparison Purchasing

REIGN Jewellery merchandise is made-to-order. We don't allow comparative purchases. This applies to similar designs, quality, carat weight, metal, ring size, etc. If you're unsure about an item, our experts can assist. We maintain the right to cancel orders. We may cancel orders that contain multiple low-priced products.

This site, its information, and its goods ("products") are offered in the "presented form" and "as available." REIGN Jewellery provides no explicit or implied guarantees about the site's operation or its information, content, or products. By using this website, you expressly acknowledge that doing so is at your own risk and free will, and that you alone are liable for any risks resulting. Limitations Of Liability

REIGN Jewellery, its directors, members, employees, affiliates, or agents or any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering our products shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by the user or related party arising from use of our site, products and services, use or reliance on the information contained or accessed through our site or provided by REIGN Jewellery related to our products and services including but not limited to any errors, omissions, deletions, defects, performance failures, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to AJS programs or services, whether in an action in contract (including negligence), or any other legal theory. In cases where REIGN Jewellery has been advised of the possibility of such damages REIGN Jewellery and its affiliates’ liability under no circumstance will be greater than the price you paid for the product or service that is the basis for the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless REIGN Jewellery, its independent contractors, service providers and consultants, and its parents, affiliates, and related entities and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, expenses and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Conditions or your access to or use of the Site.

Arbitration 

These Conditions and your use of this Site are governed by South African law. Any action at law or in equity or any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these conditions or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof or the use of the Site or purchases from the Site (collectively, "Claims") shall be resolved by binding arbitration, as described below, instead of in court, except that each party retains the right to bring an individual action in small claims court. You agree that arbitration must be individual and waive your ability to join or combine claims in arbitration or arbitrate as a representative or class member.

Severability

If any part of these Terms and Conditions are declared illegal, invalid, or unenforceable shall be severable, that part shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other parts.
