For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, REIGN Jewellery and Diamonds (Pty) Ltd, with Instagram handle @REIGNJewelleryZA (hereinafter referred to as, “The Promoter”) have two competitions running with the following "Prizes", namely:

1. Prize 1: A 2-carat lab-grown diamond solitaire ring set in 14K gold; and
2. Prize 2: A pair of 0.5-carat lab-grown diamond Solitaire Studs set in 14k Yellow Gold.

By entering into either of the aforementioned competitions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM on 31 March 2025. Winners will be selected by The Promoter and notified on or after 1 April 2025.

Competition 1: Prize 1

Eligibility and How to Enter:

• Participants must make a purchase on www.reignjewellery.co.za during the competition period. The Grand Prize is limited to customers who make a purchase during the competition period.
• The competition is only open to residents of the Republic of South Africa who are aged 18 (eighteen) years old or older.

• Proof of purchase will be required to be eligible for the Grand Prize, in the circumstances, please save your receipt and/or order confirmation.

Winner Selection

• One winner will be randomly selected from the eligible participants who have made a legitimate purchase during the campaign period.
• The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message and/or Email on or after 1 April 2025. If the winner does not respond within 5 (five) days, a new eligible winner will be selected.  

Competition 2: Prize 2

Eligibility and How to Enter:

• The competition is only open to residents of the Republic of South Africa who are aged 18 (eighteen) years old or older.
• Participants must follow @REIGNJewelleryZA on Instagram.
• Participants must tag a loved one in the comments of the competition Reel on Instagram.
• Participants must share the competition Reel to their Instagram Story and tag @REIGNJewelleryZA.
• Participants are limited to one entry per person per platform.

Winner Selection

• One winner will be randomly selected from all the participants who have validly entered the competition via Instagram.
• The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message and/or Email on or after 1 April 2025. If the winner does not respond within 5 (five) days, a new eligible winner will be selected. 

General Terms for Both Competitions

Additional Terms

1. The competition is not endorsed or administered by Instagram, and by entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility.
2. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries that violates these rules or are deemed inappropriate.
3. The Promoter is not responsible for incomplete, delayed, or lost entries.
4. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability for any aspect of this competition is limited to the cost price of the prizes in question.

Privacy

The winner’s name, Email address, phone number, and/or Instagram handle may be requested and used for prize fulfilment. The winner’s name and social media username may also be posted on The Promoter’s social media platforms.

Right to Cancel

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time.
