REIGN Jewellery offers free shipping within the South Africa. Once you’ve chosen your jewellery, you can find the estimated ship date on the product detail page. 

Our products are shipped to you in 14 Days.

You can see the estimated shipping date on the product detail page, the checkout page or the confirmation email  

You will receive an email confirmation with the DHL tracking number once your order ships

PLEASE NOTE: Order processing can take up to 2 business days and will not affect the time that it takes to create the jewellery.

Delivery and Signatures

Since these are high value items, a signature is required at the time of delivery for all orders. 

To maintain high levels of security, you cannot change your shipping address after the order has been placed.

We only ship to home or business addresses. We cannot ship to P.O box addresses. 

DHL will make 3 attempts to deliver your order, after which it will be returned to REIGN Jewellery. You will be contacted by a REIGN Jewellery representative to discuss next steps.

Risk of loss and title of the item passes to you, the customer, upon delivery of the carrier.

REIGN Jewellery is not responsible for delays in shipping due to reasons beyond our control (weather, incorrect addresses, carrier delays etc.) 

REIGN Jewellery insures and registers all objects at full value. All deliveries require an adult signature.

We ship to any physical address in South Africa.

Return Policy

If your purchased item is damaged, we will collect the item from you and have it repaired to your satisfaction. REIGN Jewellery will pay for the courier and insurance cost from and to you.

Once your returned item is received, our quality assurance team will inspect the returned item within 48 hours and provide you with feedback. 

As each jewellery item purchased from REIGN Jewellery is custom-made to order we do not offer cash refunds on purchases.

Resize and Repair

Repairs

Over time, due to everyday wear and tear, your jewellery might need to be repaired or simply maintained. We will be happy to help you avail this service to our South African customers. Some of the common repairs we offer include re-polishing, re-plating, cleaning, tightening prongs and side stone replacement. We are committed to keep the repair costs low while making sure the piece is as good as new.

Free Ring Resizing 

We understand that not everyone gets their ring size right, so we offer one time free ring resizing within 30 days of your purchase.  All you need to do is ship your ring to us and we’ll ship it back to you in the corrected size.
